For my WORK, am known as a “relentless and supportive factor”. With my non-linear and linear thought processes, I design and implement adaptive structures/ frameworks on chaos that allow innovation to flourish. In a cultivated safe environment, “the why” is examined utilizing a forum of open dialogue. Subsequently, chaos evolves into viable options addressing scenarios an organization might not have considered. This is my fundamental practice of generative options, evolve chaos into executive clarity.
For my PLAY, I am an avid golfer. Love the game so much, taught my kiddos. At times, I even compete (no LPGA nor amateur status) and write short stories about the experiences and/or the courses. This addictive game fulfills my need to live to the fullest, personal growth, travel and life experiences.
